Pricing Questions
Tradie Buzz is less than the cost of a six pack per month and incredibly user friendly. If you're a customer, you can join for free. No hidden extras!
Absolutely not. We understand the industry climate and how times can be tough. You simply pay a month at a time. You can choose to auto-renew or just allow it to roll over.
The power is in your hands.
Check the billing section in your account dashboard. It seems you might have enabled auto-renew for the monthly subscription.
Account Questions
In 3 simple steps is how!
If you need a job done: Click here then fill your profile out and create a job inside your account dashboard.
If you're a tradie: Click here then select your subscription, fill out your profile and checkout.
To edit a published job, you can head to your Jobs tab in your account dashboard and click edit on the job you need to edit. Every job is manually reviewed to ensure all the correct information is being passed.
Great question! Simply head to your account, and in the dashboard sidebar click Your Jobs. Then you should be able to post a new job.
To delete a published job, you can head to your Jobs tab in your account dashboard and click edit on the job you need to delete.
Tradie Questions
100% yes. We require all tradespeople be fully licensed and registered. We do bi-annual audits of all our tradespeople and remove any accounts that are no longer up to date with their licensing.
Once you have an account set up with us, we will send you job suggestions based on your location and occupation. From there it is 100% up to you to contact and organise payments yourself.
Easy! In your account dashboard, simply toggle the status to "Booked Out" and your profile will indicate you are booked out until it is changed.
To update your business profile, head to your business dashboard and click edit in Account Information.
